Fax Preference Service Complaints System

If your fax number has been registered on the Fax Preference Service over 28 days and you are still receiving unsolicited sales and marketing faxes you may wish us to take this up as a complaint on your behalf.

Please send a copy of the fax noting the fax number it was received on and your contact details. We will confirm receipt of the complaint. The letter of confirmation will explain that we will contact the company concerned and then include the complaint on the regular report we send to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). It is this body that enforces the relevant Regulations; Privacy and Electronic (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

If you wish to fax your complaints please send it to 020 7323 4322 ensuring only faxes received in the last 3 months are sent. Fax complaints older than 3 months can not be processed. If you wish to fax more than one complaint to us, please send each fax separately (for example, if you have received 5 unsolicited faxes, please fax them to us as 5 separate individual faxes each with a complaint form). This will help speed up your complaint.

Please note - all the information you provide on this form will be sent to the company in question so they may investigate your complaint.
