The ASA welcomed Stirling Health's steps to remove the three complainants' details from their mailing list, ensuring that they would not be sent further mailings. We also welcomed their assurance that their mailing lists were screened against the MPS suppression file. However, we were concerned that they were unable to explain how the three complainants came to be sent mailings.
